Warranty Period

All of our products come with full Australian manufacturers warranty - Not 3rd party warranty.

The period varies between manufacturers from 1 to 5 years. Lamps in general come with 90 days warranty or 500 hours whichever is reached first, unless stated otherwise.

Extending Your Warranty

We offer extended warranty on any projector up to a maximum of 5 years from date of purchase, This warranty begins when the manufacturers warranty ends. Please call Your local Projectisle sales department - 1300 88 11 79

Faulty Goods

Should you have any problems with your purchase please feel free to call sales. All faulty goods can be repaired at the manufacturers regional service centers or returned to Projectisle (please call to confirm before shipping)

Grey Market

Grey Market products are products that are imported without the manufacturers authority, avoiding the Authorized Australian Distributors. This Leaves you with no Australian Warranty

Unauthorised imports are done by unscrupulous small individuals, that claim to offer Australian warranty, but the warranty they offer is not Australian Manufacturers warranty but warranty they personally put on the product which is worthless.

What does this mean to You?

What this means is that should your product be faulty, you can't take it to the manufacturer for repair - its unauthorised. Some manufacturers may repair the product and charge you. Some may say take it back to where you got it from.
