Fast Insured Delivery

We are now pleased to announce that Projectisle prices include fully insured Couriered Delivery on all sales on mainland Australia.

Projectisle recognizes the need for prompt delivery and makes every effort to ready your order for shipment as quickly as possible. The estimated time it will take to ship your order - the lead time - begins with the release of your order to the manufacturer. Release to the manufacturer can occur only after full acceptance and approval of your specified payment option.

Lead Time

Lead time is largely dependent upon product availability. When items are in stock, lead times are generally same day to next day. However, stock is dependant on current demand, delivery times can vary and no standard lead time can be guaranteed.

A Projectisle sales representative will communicate your order's estimated lead time to you when they confirm your order.

Lead times do not include the time your order is in transit after it has been shipped for delivery.

Please Note: Delivery is to your address. Due to the value of the goods, items will not be left without an authorised signature. If for any reason we can not complete delivery, redelivery can be arranged. If the courier decides that delivery cannot be made and returns the items to Projectisle an additional delivery charge may apply.
