The Optoma UHZ45 features 4K UHD Laser technology for sharp images, excellent colour and contrast, low maintenance with instant on/off. Compared to bulb-based projectors, the projector boasts 6x the lifespan before light source replacement and is completely free of mercury.

Optoma laser projectors use high-quality lasers to create the projected image. They also deliver increased efficiency to maintain consistent brightness, superior colour performance, instant on/off and an extraordinary life span of up to 30,000 hours.

True 4K UHD Resolution

Ultra HD 4K resolution delivers sharper, life-like images and richer colours - delivering more detail in your entertainment and ultimately, a more immersive experience. Capable of projecting 8.3 million on-screen pixels. That's four times more detail than Full HD.

HDR and HLG compatible

The UHZ45 supports HDR10 and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) processing. When an HDR / HLG signal is detected, the projector automatically switches to HDR / HLG display mode. Optoma’s HDR colour mapping and tone mapping technology enables HDR / HLG movies or games to be presented at their best in terms of colour accuracy and improved contrast ratio through dynamic contrast.

HDR (High Dynamic Range), is a standard that comes with a higher dynamic range in video signals, allowing the image to be shown with more brightness and colour without losing any details. With this technology onboard, the projector allows you to see far more detail and texture. Objects look more solid and lifelike and the extra detail creates a greater sense of depth.

With the touch of a button, switch to “Cinema” display mode and watch as colours become true-to-life thanks to the enhanced colour gamut and cinema-tailored gamma curve. The ISF modes feature allows you to save your calibrated day and night mode settings for the highest possible viewing experience.

Our home projectors are capable of reproducing the Rec.709 colour gamut, the international HDTV standard to guarantee accurate reproduction of cinematic colour exactly as the director intended. Optoma's Color Management System (CMS) allows you to display accurate lifelike colours to best match your viewing environment. This unique feature provides you with the flexibility to fine-tune the colour settings for optimal precision.
