With full 1080p HD resolution, 3-chip DLP™ technology, and our revolutionary Advanced Color Optical Processing, the new F80 1080 breaks new ground in reproducing visual perfection.
True 1080p HD professional projector
Professional imaging take on new dimensions, and become more and more demanding in the reproduction of images. Enter the new F80 from projectiondesign. Filled to the brim with technological advances, it allows you to tweak the image to suit whatever you need it to be. Adjusting colour gamut optically, calibration with RealColor, and with a unprecedented contrast and resolution, it is perfect for the most demanding requirements.
3-chip DLP™ technology
Our first three chip DLP™ projector is unlike all others of the breed. Using our own, proprietary optical design, it is dramatically more effective, and gives access to a range of new features not found on seemingly similar projectors. Increased brightness and contrast levels, and introducing ACOP – Advanced Color Optical Processing, it surpasses the configurability, and application fit of most other projectors in the market. A range of four tool-free user replaceable lenses is available to cover any need from 1.00 to 4.00 : 1.
Designed for reliability
As with all our professional F-series projectors, the F80 1080 brings a true, 24/7 operation guarantee to the table. With its patented DuArch™ dual illumination architecture, lamps can be replaced while in operation. For monitoring, a backlit LCD status panel is available for immediate and configurable status overview and events logging. In addition, direct view status lights are available, driven by the lamps themselvs, so there is no doubt whether all systems are OK. It also features complete control and asset management over TCP/IP from any remote computer, using standard tools, and is of course compatible with projectiondesign ProNet manager asset management software.
Advanced Color Optical Processing – ACOP
The F80 1080 can be delivered with a range of application specific optical filters pre-installed. That means a projector that is configured for a high brightness corporate presentation can be turned into a full DCI colour compliant grading machine by just pressing the remote. Optical filters include DCI compliant colours, visualisation and simulation graphics, and presentation mode, amongst others.
