The ability to play Ultra HD video at the supported native resolution is useful in situations where the same premium video content is intended for playback on multiple 4K and non-4K projectors or displays. It saves operators the hassle of re-encoding source video and allows it to be added to a network that includes 4K units, streamlining simultaneous playback of a single 4K video source on all compatible display devices.
Separate LAN and DIGITAL LINK Terminals
Separate LAN and HDBase-T™-based DIGITAL LINK terminals allow 100Base-TX- and 10BaseT-compatible control signals via Panasonic, Crestron®, AMX, and Extron® applications to be assigned to a dedicated LAN connection, freeing the DIGITAL LINK pipeline for video over cable runs of up to 150 m (492 ft)*.
System Daylight View 3
Panasonic’s premium System Daylight View 3 technology stops the picture washing out in bright light and preserves brightness, contrast, and color especially in museum and halls. It uses sensor information to adjust sharpness, gamma curves, and color to suit on-site lighting conditions.

Detail Clarity Processor Sharpens the Finest Details
This unique circuit optimizes the sharpness of each image based on the super high, high, medium, and low frequency components of the extracted image information. The resulting images are expressed with natural, convincing realism

Harnessing Full-Spectrum Color
With next-generation DLP™ technology delivering high-resolution detail and dual laser modules outputting to 8,500 lm of brightness, Quartet Color Harmonizer to reduce energy loss from the light source, and robust heat-resistant phosphor wheel, Panasonic's SOLID SHINE Laser system produces scintillating images with unfailing reliability
Superior White Balance and Color Reproduction
The Quartet Color Harmonizer wheel mechanism captures a wider color space than comparable projectors, which allows white to be reproduced realistically on screen. Some conventional projectors can’t achieve an accurate white balance, so images can appear with a distracting greenish tint. Not the case with the SOLID SHINE Laser projectors.
Reliability Systems Built In
SOLID SHINE Laser Maintains Picture Quality for Longer
Thanks to the long-lasting dual solid-state laser modules, there are no lamps to replace, and image color/brightness degrades very gradually in consistent, linear fashion. As well as reducing maintenance hassle, out-of-the-box picture quality is preserved longer.
Dual Lasers for Failsafe Reliability
Dual laser optical engine groups diodes into two discrete modules. A redundancy circuit works to minimize brightness- and color-uniformity loss in the unlikely event a diode fails, making supported products ideal for applications where picture presentation must be maintained.
Stable 24/7 Operation with Light-source Failover Protection
Dual Drive Laser Optical Engine groups laser diodes into two discrete modules. A failsafe redundancy circuit works to minimize brightness- and color-uniformity loss should a laser diode fail, making it ideal for mission-critical applications. Further, brightness decreases more gradually and consistently than lamp-based projectors over a 20,000-hour maintenance-free projection period
Highly Efficient Cooling System
Has a unique liquid-cooling system for the light source that suppresses temperature rises, enhancing projection stability in ambient temperatures of up to 45°C (113°F)*. This cooling system also contributes to the reduction of operational noise to just 41 dB for distraction-free presentations, and is hermetically sealed, so there’s no need to periodically replenish the coolant
Backup Input Setting Protects Picture Display
Projectors can be configured to switch instantaneously to a backup input-signal should the primary signal be disrupted*. This layer of insurance is invaluable in control rooms, security and surveillance applications, and for live events where image projection must not be interrupted.

Filterless Projector Structure with Airtight Optical Block
Heat-pipe-based filterless cooling, dust-resistant architecture, and efficient airflow path enable deployment of a hermetically sealed optical engine. With dust resistance exceeding the industry’s toughest guidelines, you’re assured of a linear brightness ramp, superior color uniformity, and maintenance-free projection for 20,000 hours. These benefits are welcome when the projector is installed in a difficult-to-access location.

Easy to Install and Integrate
Smart Projector Control
Smart Projector Control is a mobile app enabling remote control of select projectors. Install on your iPhone or Android™ phone or tablet, connect to your compatible projectors via Wi-Fi® (LAN), and control functions including lens adjustment, input switching, status monitoring, and more. The app also features a handy auto-focus function* that uses the smartphone’s camera to achieve precise projector focus, saving time on installation.

Unique Contrast Sync and Shutter Sync Function
Among the world’s first to feature Contrast Sync and Shutter Sync functions (Patent Pending) for multi-screen and mapping applications. Contrast Sync allows the projectors’ digitally modulated contrast function to be synchronized over the network for consistent picture quality across screens, while Shutter Sync incorporates a master/slave principle to synchronize shutter on/off timing between all networked projectors. It includes simultaneous fade-in and fade-out functions.
Contrast Sync and Shutter Sync Function
Contrast Sync, designed for multi-screen applications, allows dynamic contrast control to be synchronized for consistent picture quality across screens. Shutter Sync, meanwhile, synchronizes shutter on/off timing.

Shutter Sync
If shutter functions are not linked, shutter ON/OFF timing varies. When shutter functions of slave projectors are linked to a master, shutter ON/OFF timing is uniform*.
Multi-screen Support System
Optimally adjusts multiple screens with edge blending, color matching, and digital image enlargement.
Edge Blending
Edges of adjacent screens can be blended and their luminance controlled.
Color Matching
Corrects for slight variations in the color reproduction range of individual projectors. PC software assures easy, accurate control.
Digital Image Enlarging
Digital zoom up to 10X (H/V*). Up to 100 images (10 x 10) can be edge-blended to create a large multi-screen image.
Multi-Unit Brightness and Color Control
This function automatically corrects brightness and color fluctuations that occur over time in individual projectors in a multi-screen system. Control up to eight projectors connected via hub increasing to a maximum of 2,048 projectors with Multi Monitoring & Control Software.

Geometric Adjustment with Free Grid Correction
Benefits from a proprietary Free Grid function built into onboard Geometric Adjustment that supports grid-based image adjustment via remote control. Grid resolutions of 2 x 2, 3 x 3, 5 x 5, 9 x 9, or 17 x 17 can be projected and areas of the image reshaped or geometrically altered to fix screen distortion. This correction is performed by adjusting control-points at grid-line intersections. Move freely between grid resolutions to achieve the desired level of granularity without losing work progress. This clever data-saving function allows technicians to quickly create a distortion-free image.
